As I’ve written a lot on what not to eat or consume, it’s time to tell you what is good for all of us. Always the good home-made food is health friendly; not the synthetic or processed products that brands themselves as healthy. Well I’m not labelling all of the products as unhealthy when there are many of them that have proven to be good for us. With that said, let’s move on to five recipes you can make in your kitchens with ease that are abundant in nutrients, delicious to your mouth and can reconcile your body.
1. Avocado Toast
